This website is operated by Susie Wright. Throughout the site, the terms 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to Susie Wright. Susie Wright offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our 'Service' and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ('Terms of Service', 'Terms'), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Please do not reproduce any artwork without consent. If you would like to licence images or commission new work please use the ‘contact form’ to get in touch.

SHOP
Our ‘shop’ is hosted on Big Cartel. They provide an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made by PayPal or through Stripe. Payment is deducted when we process your order. Full title to the goods purchased will only pass to you once full payment has been received by us.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

COLOUR AND DIMENSIONS
While every effort has been made to show items accurately in our shop, slight variations may occur. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual computer screens. All measurements listed are approximate. If you require more information before ordering an item please email, susie@susiewright.co.uk

DELIVERY
Deliveries in the UK will be sent with Royal Mail within 2- 5 days of receiving the order, please get in touch if you require an item by a particular date, during busy times despatch times for orders may take longer, eg Christmas. Large prints are sent out in a sturdy postal tube, smaller ones are sent flat and packaged well to protect them.

International delivery will take longer, usually 2-3 weeks. Please note that shipment to non-UK countries may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be paid by the customer. Susie Wright has no control over these charges and bears no responsibility.

RETURNS

Damaged items must be notified with 72 hours of receiving the artwork. After this point we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

If you wish to return any artwork you are responsible for returning the print or product on a tracked service. Once the artwork has been received we will issue you a refund minus the original shipping fee. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

Items ‘printed or made to order’ are non refundable.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
